Personally I prefer the gel caps. They seem to kick in a lot quicker than tablets.

I go through 500 every month, so the $9 bottle of 500 count works well for me. $1.99 is still a good deal for people who don't eat ibuprofen like candy.

Twice the maximum recommended amount. I can't see that any doctor would approve of that.

The whole reason I started taking so much was because of a doctor's recommendation. I'm not a doctor nor am I here to start an argument about medication. I was just saying that this is a good deal for people who take normal dosages.
