Seems like a good deal, but can't find any serious reviews on it, not even on Best Buy and Amazon where the chair sells for full price. Still, been in the market for a legit 3D massage chair for a while now, so I bit the bullet. Should come in next week, will leave a full review!
We're wanting to buy one too but there's no reviews.
I'd love to hear your thoughts as well once you get it. Still seems like a good deal at $999
Finally received the chair today. It's quite compact compared to other chairs I've sat in. I'm 6'0" 235lbs Athletic build, and my lady says I make the chair look small. Reminds me of an old recliner you would find at the grandparents. My lady is 4'11" 105lbs, and she fits into it well. Feet are a few inches from the floor. I'd say anything in between our sizes will work well. Any bigger than me, and you probably aren't gonna enjoy it.
Chair has 7 massage types/styles with variations to position width and speed. 8 preprogrammed massage modes for full body, and the ability to focus on a specific spots/areas. Adjustable recliner from upward to staring at the ceiling. Adjustable time, heat and air compression for calves and arms. Also comes with voice recognition which can be turned on/off.
For $899, I think it's a good deal compared to what else is available in this range. It doesn't dig as deep as I would like most of the time, but we'd probably need to pay 2-3x as much for that and would need a lot more free space. I did find a mode that hits my upper back pretty good, but it kind of slacks on the lower. Could just be that we need to play around with the settings more to get it dialed in. Does go all the way down to the glutes. If you're looking for something to replace an actual human, I would probably wait for something in the $4-5k range to get a 50-60% off promo. If you're looking for something compact to fit in with your living room furniture with some decent massage features, this may be worth a try. If we can get at least 2 years out of it with each one of us using it daily, we'll say it was well worth the purchase.

Just got the chair in, can confirm its smaller then the usual full size chairs I've tried at my local Costco. Still for $900 guess I can't complain.
We're wanting to buy one too but there's no reviews.
Can you post pics or video?????
