How it Works: Eligible Participant must click through the Invitation link and make at least one purchase ("Eligible Purchase") using their Valid Account during the Offer Period. Upon successfully completing an Eligible Purchase, each Eligible Participant can receive PayPal Rewards points ("Points"). The Points can be redeemed for up to 10% cash back, for a maximum of $30 (3000 Points) ("Reward"). Other equivalent options are available. Once the Eligible Participant has received the maximum Points during the Offer Period, Points will no longer be distributed. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.

Reward: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant's Account Overview within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive them but may be available sooner. If Points are redeemed for a Reward option and used towards an eligible purchase on PayPal, the following are excluded : (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a "Goods and Services" payments), (2) purchases made using PayPal.me; (3) PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (4) PayPal transaction fees, or (5) transactions made in any other currency beyond USD. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant's PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account.

It's 10% for maximum of $30…. In other words, a maximum of $300 spent, which is not much at all and certainly wouldn't cover two weeks of spending, at least for me.

Anyways, good for what it's worth- and extra 5% back vs using my usual card.

Paypal promotion is highly questionable. Last month I placed an order at coach.com through Paypal deals 'shop now' link. I did not receive any reward points. Spent a whole day chatting with Paypal support and after 3 different CSR I was told to call Paypal support by phone the next day. On the phone I was put on hold and eventually transferred to rewards support group. The guy in the reward support group simply told me that they don't have any way to contact Coach and he asked me to call Coach myself regarding to the cashback relationship between Coach and Paypal. It surprised me that they are not like other cashback portals to at least allow customers to submit missing cashback claims (though that may not always get your cashback).
