I would like to warn consumers that Paypal is not on your side when you're protesting a fraud seller using their pay services. After two months and 3 renewed fraud cases, I had to open a fraud case with my credit card. I provided the same proof to my CC and got my money back after another month. Paypal would not look at my evidence of a fraud seller. The seller used a 'real' UPS number that showed, Product Delivered. It was an Amazon account, delivered to another address in the city I live in. It was for a 8 pound coffee maker. The UPS statement showed a 48 pound automotive part. Paypal just would not listen. I no longer use FakePal anymore unless it's the last resort.
PayPal used to be great about purchase protection, but obviously no more. It seems whether you're the buyer or seller it's all a crapshoot. I had a seller send me a rancid oil supplement and when I couldn't provide photos depicting "rancid" (which PayPal reps admitted was a word they didn't understand), PayPal found in the seller's favor. On the flip side, check out the Gamers Nexus YT video on Artesian Builds. The owner of the company, allegedly, ordered a ton of PC components, many of which were paid with PayPal. Even though the sellers provided proof of delivery to the company address and in some cases, even proof that HE personally signed for them, PayPal found in his favor because he claimed he never authorized the charges. PayPal is shady AF.

I have a pending purchase from about 45 minutes ago and the points haven't been credited either. No surprise there. But if they haven't been credited when the purchase is completed I'll get in touch with PayPal.

The above copied and pasted from the description at the beginning of this deal. So you may have to wait up to 14 days to see any earned points.

So, do you just use PayPal as you normally would? As in buy something with a connected credit card? Or does it have to be a PayPal specific card. Thx

No, they did not. However, I rarely use Paypal anymore after that fiasco.

Thanks for the reply, I made an ingame purchase with paypal for a mobile game and I feel like I was mislead on the value of the digital items that I bought. I tried to file a dispute with paypal and they sided with the seller. I'm considering making a claim with my bank but I don't want my paypal account shut...
