If I'm not mistaken, the drawers are made of cloth. It really reminds me of something you'd find in Ikea's underwear storage section.

I used a $40, 60 inch countertop slab I got As-is from Ikea with this base since the split top surface that comes with this really sucks. Pretty bad ass and solid.

Ordered this 10 days ago and still no Estimated ship or delivery date. Going to cancel. Kind of annoying, this seems to be a more common thing on Amazon where you have to really pay attention to the 'estimate delivery date' even if it claims it is 'in stock'.
