Amazon is the same price right now.

It is most definitely not for salon use, or maybe just for rinky dink blow-dries but for someone who specializes in blow outs this is not it. the power is terrible also the heat. i currently use the rapido dryer and I can get a blowout done in 25 minutes. it took me an hour with this dryer.

I can't tell the difference between my old hair dryer and this one. The inlet shield fell off on the first day of use. The design is so bad. It doesn't even click on anything. I think they just glue it but maybe forgot put glue.

Not for me

I've not found one of these sonic hair dryers that doesn't make my hair dry and frizzy. This one is powerful and dried quickly it just isn't the right one for me. The buttons are in a terrible spot as well.

Not sure what a "blowout" is in this context, but I can't imagine taking a cheap generic hair dryer and running it for an hour straight is what it's designed for.

You've likely seen examples in popular media and irl. It's a blowdrying while brushing/ combing technique that creates more volume. Think Jlo, Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, or my favorite Patsy on Ab Fab.

Uh I mean yeah, but I would think most people would give up and try something else after AN HOUR of blow drying their hair lol

This site breaks it down visually in a nice way.

Yes cars and electronics are a large part. Also innovation doesn't necessarily equate to production.
