I feel like people are comparing apples to oranges here? Isn't the whole point of this machine cloud gaming hence the large screen and 120hz?

It is crazy to buy a Chromebook at $400.
You can run Linux container on it and it becomes a full computer. Also Android apps from the play store.

Given that it can run Android app/apk, so I choose the touch mon Spin 714.

Does this do display/video out and charge via USB-C?

Thanks

I am curious that if I can upgrade the SSD to 1 or 2TB and install Windows on this ?
https://mrchromebox.tech/#devices

It lists a replace full UEFI available. So it is possible to install windows. Whether everything works depends - although I will note the parts of the 516GE are very vanilla.

This would very easily make a nice full, dedicated Linux machine.

On a Latitude 7410 Chromebook, i5-10310, 16GB RAM, I converted to UEFI-Linux Mint, I can say the battery life is outstanding. When the machine is idle there are almost zero processes running. The fan is almost always off when I'm just web-browsing.

The latitude chromebooks are great for their price. I bought the 5400 (i5-8th gen) used for $120, upgraded the ram to 16gb, installed a wwan card, and now use it with mint mobile on the go. I wish these acers came with an available ram slot but it's soldered on so running VM's is pretty much out of the question.
