Thanks, going to put this together and test it with my dad's hot wheels that he's been saving in sealed boxes for 80 years.

When I know it works with his set of cars he's going to be so happy!

I got this years ago for the boys (3 and 4). It requires 6 "d" batteries which lasted them about 5 months with regular play. Overtime they lost many of the pieces that are needed to hold the roads up so they used random objects for support, which worked out fine. The motors continue to work even after a lot of abuse. The folding for storage idea is ok, still takes up about 3 feet of space, we would lean it up against a wall. It's a fun toy. I bought it for around 75$ in 2020.

Lol 6 D batteries. They should use car batteries.
