Most people probably want the 512e model.
In case anyone is interested in the breakdown of the model:
W = Western Digital
U = Ultrastar
H = Helium filled
72 = 7200RPM
14 = Full capacity (14TB)

A = Generation code
L = 26.1 z-height
E6 = 512e, SATA 6Gb/s
L = Legacy (no Power Disable)

1) For those asking how reliable refurbished hard drives are, remember that these are ENTERPRISE level hard drives that are designed and rated to run nonstop for years in servers. If they pass initial tests that you do, they should run at least as long as any brand new retail hard drive.
2) That said, these likely HAVE been running for year nonstop in server farms. So, you should do the same due diligence you would do when getting any hard drive, new or used:
.. . . .- TEST the drive for errors, as soon as you get it.
.. . . . - ALWAYS back up your data frequently - with high capacity storage drives getting as cheap as this, keep a backup sitting on the shelf.
3) It seems that Server Parts Deals and GoHardDrive run similar businesses and are fairly interchangeable. Both have been in business for a few years now, and have offered many deals posted and bought by many users of this site. Prices seem to fluctuate quite a bit on various models, depending on what they have in stock. GoHardDrive sometimes offers 5 year warranties, if that helps you choose. They guarantee the warranties themselves, and will replace your drive if it dies. Go with whoever is offering the best price, and if they're the same, I'd go with GoHardDrive for the warranty.
4) The power disable feature could be relevant for those who have older power supplies. (anything more than a few years old.) For those who don't know what that means, basically, it shuts off if power is supplied to one of the pins on the connector. However, GoHardDrive offers a free adaptor cable (which doesn't supply power to that pin) on any drive affected by this. Otherwise, the adaptor (or kapton tape over the pin) can be bought cheaply on Amazon, Ebay or others.
5) Right now the best deal per terrabyte is the HE10/HC510 HUH721010ALE601 (0F27468) at GoHardDrive for $80 for 10TB. I think that that's the best price per terabyte we've seen so far. It's also a cheaper option for those who need more storage, but not quite a massive 14+TB drive. However, it's a model with the power disable feature, but it does come with an adapter cable. Also, the HC510 is slightly slower (less than 5%) than either of the newer models, HC520 and HC530.

I have good drives from 15 - 20 years back that run even today and have some that have failed prematurely. I hope these are enterprise quality drives that are retired after their use and reset. Not necessarily bad, but may have significant amount of life left in them if left undisturbed for a long time.
TrueNAS is great and easy to setup with its highly rated ZFS file system.
Now I wish a $0.5/TB deal, so I will hold...
