some reviews indicated that it streaks a lot and difficult to buff off by hand. While it shines well, it also collects a lot of dust. Thoughts?
I have white paint so I don't noticeable any streaks, if they're there. It does make the paint feel really smooth and repel water, but also attracts more dust/dirt compared to traditional wax. Despite its drawbacks, it's still my go to wax because it's so easy to apply and it's smoothness
This is good stuff, most of the reviews and tests back that.
Yes, it's pretty easy to have streaks if you aren't paying attention and working a larger area than you should. I have a dark color paint and there are places that show uneven coatings. It's a pain to buff out, so ya, work small areas and have multiple mf towels ready.
There is some electrostatic attraction, so fine dust will collect. Beading is great for about 3 weeks.
Wet Wax is slightly easier to use.
Griot's 3 in 1 is a good alternative, easier to apply and far less streaking. Similar longevity.
Scott HD has a long term test videos on YT if you're interested in longevity. Most reviews on YT run a week to a month, this guy goes about a year baking in Texas sun/heat/hail/etc
Put in the work on a new car and you won't have to wax it regularly for years.
My last 4 cars I've used a paste wax, then this or a similar product (this has been my go to since I found it) and after that I've only had to use a soap with wax in it and occasionally use this hybrid spray to keep the water rolling off.
It's so unbelievably worth it if you wash your car often. A waxed car is so much easier to wash and dry than one that isn't so put in the extra work whe. The car is new and free of defects and then use this and a wash/wax soap for super easy protection

How long is this ceramic spray lasting for your paint between applications? Also how often do you strip your wax and reapply?

In my opinion, it works better than Rain-X. Project Farm on Youtube had a comparison, and this seemed to be the best choice.
