If you cancel before the 5th month it will not allow you to maintain your membership till the 5th month. The membership will end before the start of the next free pay cycle

If you have a CITI card, generate a virtual card number for this, set max daily charge to $2. When 5 months is up, future subscription will get automatically declined

Sweet, thanks OP! Signed up and it said the original promo code was not valid, then changed it to your promo code and it said 3 free months, but the renewal date was Dec 17. Thinking 4 months is still good, I subscribed. Then I went into account management, and it changed to renewal on Jan 17, so ended up with 5 months.

Don't forget to use the privacy app so you can use it till the last day and don't get charged if you forget to cancel.

Be careful, my renewal date ends in Jan 2023, but the email confirmation on both me and Mrs says Sept 2023
Edit: That could just mean the next free month is renewed?

A question: Is this for online ordering only, no walk-in and order?
You can walk in in touchscreen kiosk or even go to counter and give them your registered number to get the drink with sip cup .

Could you elaborate on the privacy app part? I'm not familiar with auto cancellation and curious to learn how it works, thank you

Got this last time it was offered. I don't drink coffee, but I enjoyed their "loaded" lemonades that had just as much, if not more, caffeine.

Then I saw how much sugar was in each one and quickly stopped drinking them and basically let my subscription lapse.

They are good though and if you have no problem with ridiculous amounts of sugar...have at it!
Yeah, it has a ton of sugar but you can just dilute it with water. I mainly have the subscription when I'm driving. Obviously, drinking it regularly is bad.

I had just quit sip club about 10 days ago. Thank you for this great post. I quit because I joined Walmart+ and they had a good deal but not that good. Any good moves after this deal ends?

Panera right across the street from work. Helps so much when I'm tired (every day), and I don't even have to brew it myself. Also forces me to get up and move around. Thanks a lot for these deals guys.

Sure the quality isn't great, but how much can you ask for when it's free? Even when I buy $3-4 black coffee at most shops, I haven't enjoyed the taste. Maybe I'm picky, but most brewed black coffee (just coffee, no sugar, no cream, nothing added) at shops are just bitter. If anyone has recommendations, I'd appreciate getting a good tasting cup of joe once in a while.

Last time I did this, it changed the end date after the fact. Instead of 3 months, I ended up with 2, which is still great. However, for those who took advantage of a trial before I would double check the end date in a couple of days as it could still change. I wouldn't trust them on that. Next charge on mine says 1/16/24 but offer says 3 months 🤷 ♂️
Confirmed! Panera did the same thing to me, Screen shot your end date... I signed up with 3 month promo was only given 30 day free. Called in to ask what was going on and I was asked to provide proof I had a 3 month promo.

I love good Mountain Dew so that's the main reason I got this, they have great Mountain Dew. I'm probably their most hated customer, I go 1-2 times a day. I mildly feel bad because it's a franchise and I doubt they give them enough to cover expenses.
Soda is so highly marked up that they aren't really loosing too much money off you. I personally haven't paid full price and have had many months out of the last 15 that were free from promo codes, and depending on the day I go anywhere from 1-4 times for my drinks (5 min round trip drive).

If you're worried about expenses, you could start bringing your own cup so it's less plastic waste. I do this 95% of the time and just put it in the instructions that I'm bringing my own cup at check out.

edit to add: this program is also geared to getting consumers to pay for additional items along the lines of "well, might as well grab a bagel while I'm there"

Not sure if the costco card can do it, but if it can, you can go to your app, select the card, select services tab on the bottom ->card services->virtual account number
