If you cancel before the 5th month it will not allow you to maintain your membership till the 5th month. The membership will end before the start of the next free pay cycle

If you have a CITI card, generate a virtual card number for this, set max daily charge to $2. When 5 months is up, future subscription will get automatically declined

Sweet, thanks OP! Signed up and it said the original promo code was not valid, then changed it to your promo code and it said 3 free months, but the renewal date was Dec 17. Thinking 4 months is still good, I subscribed. Then I went into account management, and it changed to renewal on Jan 17, so ended up with 5 months.

Don't forget to use the privacy app so you can use it till the last day and don't get charged if you forget to cancel.

Thank you OP. Around my house, they have a lot of students so the Charged Lemonades is behind the counter and policed all the time. I wait in line to request my drink.

I cancelled on August 7th. Just signed up again with the 3GUEST10 Code and got 4 months.
Paid today = $0.00
$11.99 monthly plus tax starting on 12/17/2023.

I did this with my computer. Just logged off and logged back on and the expiration date flipped to 1/16/24. WOW!

Confirmed with the upcoming charges section:

9/19 = zero
10/19 = zero
11/18 = zero
12/18 = zero
1/17 = $12.22

only for the real citi card. not for costco citi. this service isnt new for citi member. you can generate a virtual number at anytime using your citi account. under their app or website.

Unless you are spending over $1k a month in order to get your $10 premium subscription monthly fee back. Which is very possible to hit every month if you're buying a lot online. But then you don't get a lot of the added benefits of using a credit card.

I was commenting on the Privacy.com app. And paying for premium service in order to get 1% cash back. as well as not being able to use your credit card benefits for purchasing. and that privacy.com can be good for free trials.

plus its not so safe to link your debit bank account to them or to anyone. not non credit union banks would waive their monthly fee without some kind of conditions. especially a minimum of $6500 on checking account like bank of america or chase. i wouldnt trust it to link to my debit account for that much
