Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

Got connected with one and dude knew about the costco match but then says " Our Internal team sent a notification that the price match for the item ended yesterday due to massive counts of orders." Might be just an excuse but who knows

Got told I was getting a refund from bestbuy rep for a dollar amount he gave me a case ID and I saved the chat log. Seemed kinda suspicious so I called into customer support and they have zero record of that case id and do not see any pending refunds. Dont know what to do at this point but buyer beware if you dont have something in writing showing the refund/pricematch do not trust chat to say you are getting anything!
