Started me off playing all of the Supermassive games, halfway through season one of their Dark Pictures anthology now. Reminds me of those books I'd read when I was a kid, where you could choose the path at the end of a given segment by jumping to different pages.
You can't directly kill anyone, but you can *let* the more annoying characters get murdered through sheer inaction 😳
Fun playthrough, but subsequent ones are hard as it doesn't allow you to skip cutscenes. Makes it difficult/a slog to make different choices and see all the endings
$20 is good but not when def not $60 for 2 hours beat time
This guy is absolutely 100% clueless, do not listen to him. It's about a 10hr completion time, I played it, I beat it, it's a great game.
Even the much shorter games Supermassive Games have made in this genre they keep producing have been at least 4-5hrs in length. I've played and beaten every single one of them and I'll continue to buy them day-one. This guy knows patently nothing.
The game is great and definitely worth it.

People erroneously conflate thrillers with horror.
A thriller example would be the movie 'Disturbia' or 'What Lies Beneath'
A horror example would be the movie 'Halloween' or 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre'
This video game is an interactive horror because it uses heavy character death, graphic gore, extreme dread, etc.
