I have this and it works great. Used it for a 4500 mile road trip. It opens long ways but that is good for using in a minivan right behind the drive/passenger seat. Only thing I'm sad about is I paid 250 for it lol.

Not sure what the price difference is between a wheeled and non-wheel, but this seems pretty cheap compared to what I see on Amazon. I'd just buy a cheap dolly from Harbor Freight and use some bungee cords for temporary securement if I need to move it.

Someone already mentioned getting a dolly but the collapsing carts that are popular recently MIGHT be a better option. I would have loved that combo (cart & this fridge/freezer) for one of the concerts/jazz fests I recently attended to see the Isley Brothers. Everyone had carts for all of their stuff... I had a backpack and an over-the-shoulder cooler and felt under-prepared.

Nice find OP!

I bought this for $220 last month. If I could do it again, I would get one with wheels. It works fine though.

I just bought from BougeRV their "12V 34 Quart (32L) Portable Fridge/Refrigerator" for $230 from another SD posted here. How does this EUHOMY stack up against that aside from it being bigger and cheaper? Also, anyone have any recommendations on how to power these refrigerators once they're out of the car and down at campsite? I'm looking at a EcoFlow's DELTA 2 Solar Generator (PV220W) - good idea?

Hi Rambojew,
I have the BougeRV 42L and the AAOBOSI 45L dual zone. Euhomy and AAOBOSI seem to be pretty similar so I think my opinion is relevant. Both of mine work just as good as the other, low noise, low power consumption. Both of mine have power protection where it won't let it drain the battery to unsafe levels, leaving me stranded. I use the Jupitek S1200 power station and get just under 2 full days use on it without a recharge. I have the 120W solar panel but they sent the wrong adapter or I believe I would get more use from it without having to use the truck to charge the power station. Adapter arrives Saturday and I'll test it out on my next trip. The EcoFlows are good power stations. The model you stated with the solar panel says it generates up to 3kwh per day, I was using about 800wh per day, maybe close to 900, depends on the weather. I was in a cool environment, summer would use more obviously. I think the setup you chose would work great as long as you have sun for your panels. My solar panel fits a small Jackery I have and it was charging it at 60W. These things are game changers! I never buy ice for my trips anymore. You can even enjoy ice cream while camping. I tend to use mine for 2-3 days at a time so I keep it around 28 degrees, keeps all my food preserved without having to defrost meat for BBQ. Hope this helped you.

Depends on the usage I guess. I prefer mine without wheels since it normally sits on the back seat of my truck and never gets moved during my trips. The wheels just get in the way and leave marks on my seat. Downside is I have to either carry it or load it up while it's in the truck.
I used to go to trade shows and have seen all kinds of portable carts that a cooler could sit on. Go to Amazon and type Camco Heavy-Duty Cooler Cart Kit or Smartxchoices Folding Hand Truck. Both are decent choices and will work for these coolers.

Wondering that too, i originally bought the model you bought but cancelled and got the bouge aspen 40.

Dual zone, 30 minutes to sub-zero, 4 year warranty seemed worth it.

Will be nice being able to turn it on before going in a grocery store and have it be 0 by the time you get out.

Hoping 12ah milwaukee batteries and their inverter can keep it going for a few hours per battery. Also been looking for smallish panels like you linked, also curious what other people are using.

I got their 32qt cooler/freezer with the included battery a couple months ago and it's been working great. Would definitely recommend an integrated battery if you're interested. I can plug in the cooler and it automatically charges its battery while running and then I can unplug it and it automatically switches to battery and can run for 10hrs. Really convenient when it's plugged into the car and you can leave the car off for a while with no hassle.

Costco, home depot are in the last days of an Ecoflow sale right now. If you're in the market. I just picked up a delta max.

I had been watching this Euhomy model but I ended up buying this one instead: https://a.co/d/dzriDHV

Mainly cause I like the lid hinge better and it has wheels.

I just got it yesterday and the compressor wasn't kicking on. No cooling at all. I decided to take off the cover to see if it was something stupid so I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending it back. One of the wires wasn't plugged into the compressor. Plugged it in and it's been running great since.
thanks, in for one of these myself. some others were linked here with wheels as well at slightly cheaper prices, but judging from the vents it looks like this posting has the compressor over the wheels which will probably make wheeling a little bit easier. the other ones posted look like the vent is on the opposite end of the wheels

I disagree. I have one with wheels and the tradeoff is insulation. The metal axle gets super cold on mine which means the insulation must be pretty thin. I would much rather use a small luggage dolly when needed.

I like the look of that unit, and the fact that it has a light. How sturdy is the handle on the lid?
Is the included cutting board usable, or a gimmick? Did you end up getting the extended warranty?

A luggage dolly could be pretty useful for all kinds of stuff on a big trip. I think I'll go that route rather than requiring wheels for this item. I'm more concerned about space for food, like packs of steak on sale or something.

How is your latch and lid holding up? It's in my cart but the D rating on fakespot has me wary.

So far very well. My freezer died a few days ago and this helped me save some of the food. Not nearly as much as I'd of liked but beggers/choosers. I've not had any trouble with it. My ac plug was slipping out when I first got it but they sent me one really fast so that worked as well. Their support is very responsive if you have an issue.

Thanks op! We do a lot of road trips as a family. It will be nice to have the ability to bring food with us.
Putting ice packs in a regular cooler gives you that same ability
