Two USB-C ports, one on each side, are all the ports this laptop has.

Looks like we need a docking station to work with this laptop.

The prior model XPS 13 still had an audio jack and microSD slot in addition to the USB-C pair. Neither of those would've compromised the form factor (this isn't full size Ethernet) but instead it would seem that Dell priorized cost-cutting. I expect sales reflect that to the point where we're getting this discounting, but arguably this is just a nice RAM and CPU upgrade from something like a Surface Laptop (currently available in models at Best Buy for the same price)... a similarly sleek device which still carries the aforementioned ports!

Good luck!
Jon

I think it's for style that they have only the two ports.

orts
2 x Thunderboltâ„¢ 4 (USB Type-Câ„¢ with DisplayPort and Power Delivery)
USB-C to USB-A 3.0 adapter (included in the box)
USB-C to 3.5mm headset adapter (included in the box)

Yeah I have the previous design (which lasted for a few gen) and I just refuse to buy something with only 2 USB ports.

They already know product sucks, imagine buying xps at this price if the product didn't suck.

Keep in mind that not just the RAM but also SSD is soldered and non-upgradable.

Macbook Air has 3.5mm jack, and the M2 version has a MagSafe charging port
