I only recently found out about arnica and for bruising and swelling it works better than I could ever imagined.
I'm clumsy and run into things regularly, resulting in bruises. My massage therapist told me to try it and that she also suggests it for after surgeries and stuff to reduce swelling for other patients. I initially thought it was holistic mumbo jumbo but she was more adamant then usual. It didn't cost much so I tried it.
On a shin bruise that normal takes about 5 days to go away it was literally gone the next day. I'm definitely a believer now.
I've had a couple minor surgeries and I've used it on all around it but not on the open/broken skin. It also helps when my sinuses are stuffed up too, I'll rub it on my face along my sinuses and sometimes along my neck.
