Sadly, not for me due to screen flicker (PWM) which is rarely used on the ThinPad line.

Although technically 2 generations old, these 5625U/5825U CPUs are still very good, they are based on Zen 3 architecture. The 7530U and 7730U processors are just rebrands of these processors.

If you have an Amex card, check your Amex Offers for $100 off $500 at Lenovo - that makes this really slick!

A little heavy and i wish it was 16:10 but a great price. What Intel processor is this equivalent to, 11th gen or 12th gen?

I have a laptop with a 5500u, which is actually Zen 2 and it's ability to game and do actual work is impressive for a 15w CPU. It is paired with an MX 450 2GB.

This CPU is a gen newer, has a bump in speed and double the L3 cache. Sounds like a perfectly capable CPU.

It's mostly the graphics core in these are really dated. If paired with NVidia cards like the MX 450 it will be fine for a lot of video editing/engineering/3D modeling use cases. Without the NVidia card, this is fine for office work but missing all kinds of potentials compared to the newer AMD generation.

Then again this is less than $500, which is fine for a decent office computer. And the touch/360 hinge is a nice bonus.
