have 10s and 15s on the rack so couldn't pass up this price for 5s even though I'm not sure how I'd use them
My trainer has me do "Is Ys Ts and Ws" (pronounced "eyes whys tees and double yous") with 5 pound weights while on a Swiss ball. That's the only 5-pound lift I can think of unless you're doing some type of PT/rehab

Thanks, that is a great deal. Just yesterday I put a single 5 lb Cap dumbbell in my cart at Walmart for around $8.30. These are nearly identical to Cap. It's sad. With rotator cuff and shoulder problems having to go from 25 and 30 lb weights to 3 and 5 lb weights.
Perfect timing.. grandson coming to visit for a month and he lifts weights.. he was moaning about not being able to work out while here. 4.00 to troll him is perfect ππππ

Trying to remember what the move is called ... leaning forward at the waist, rotating your arms back at the shoulder and straightening back to the elbows to extend behind you .... Evertime I go, "Nah, I can do that with more than 5lbs", it ends up being the spelling end of my workout routine for at least a few days.
