I didn't care for the big plastic zippers on the down jacket, but it looks like they've updated to have the same or similar zippers to the others. One internal chest pocket that doubles as the stuff sack.
The nano has one interior chest pocket (that also doubles as a stuff sack).
The micro has two interior large drop in pockets, though the exterior pockets are located a bit higher than the other two which was less desirable when testing. Uses one of the front pockets for the stuff sack.
I ended up going with the micro as I liked the bigger drop in pockets (and have used them a bunch). Big enough for a water bottle, hat, gloves, etc.
The down version is the thickest.
Side note: Last winter I burned a big hole in the shoulder playing with a fire and they repaired it for free. You can only tell it was repaired if you look really closely.
Edit: The down version is much thicker while wearing it, but packed down it's not a huge difference. Down packs well.
