Pepboys has very competitive pricing on Michelins. I did this last year. However, the service is very slow as they take cars as they come in, even with an appt., and they pay labor so poorly that they have no motivation and high turnover.

Pepboys - Offer valid 8/23-9/12/23. Up to $130 off Install(free; including tire valves) + up to $110 mail in rebate. Extra fees may apply. Also another $200 off if you pay with a Pep Boys Synchrony Car Care credit card.
