The Costco exclusive "Total Clean Extra" package seems to include 3 extra accessories: an up-top adapter, flexi crevice tool, and a fabric and mattress tool.
It's as low of a deal as v15 has been posted for from my research. The Dyson already comes with a 2 yr warranty and I don't think Costco warranty adds anything additional.

What do you mean exactly?
I would rather pay more money and get something like this from costco, an item that is known to randomly fail and be able to get my money back and buy another one to replace it.
