It's a rebranded Cornwell CTG5000ANGX that normally goes for $600+. It has a gyroscopic sensor that accurately measures degree-angles for torque-to-yield bolts, even if the confines are tight and you need to ratchet the handle back multiple times. The reviews on the product page and on YouTube are fantastic.
