These are refurb but I purchased from this identical seller two years ago for a gen 1 set. The set I got appeared brand new and worked excellent till I lost them. Lost that set the other day, only reason I came across this. 90 day returns & returnable to store plus you can get the walmart allstate ext warranty too. This deal was $179.99 yesterday 8/30.
(Price went up $10 since this morning.)

I have bought these before from this seller and they came In good condition. Warranty until mid 2024. So far they are good, connect well and came clean but I replaced the tips anyways and took some rubbing alcohol to them.
