Say what you want about whatever, but posting anything negative about BL2 is just silly beyond all reason. That game is the pinnacle of everything right with gaming, hands down.

Being "bored" with shooting and looting in a series that DEFINES itself as the best looter shooter ever made is pretty odd. It's like being frustrated that you have to build stuff in Minecraft or are shocked there are nothing but 8 year olds spawn camping in Halo/CoD.

As for visuals, it's an art style. Not everything needs to be, nor can be, The Last of Us or Red Dead 2. Hyper realism isn't necessary from Borderlands.

Borderlands, as a whole, is not perfect. I can see being a little underwhelmed with the story of BL1, or hating that PoS Pickle character from The PreSequel, or mad as hell at the writers for the abomination that was Ava and the cringe-tastic "villains" in BL3. That's all fine. But 2 was flawless in every way.

Loot. Shoot. That's what it's aboot.
Explain how its gameplay loop is any different than Halo or CoD or Doom? Shoot, grab ammo, walk to next area, shoot some more, rinse and repeat.

It's very reductive to summarize it in such a basic way. It's okay to not like the series but if you're gonna critique it then at least do it for valid reasons.

Works for me on Xbox, seeing $30, although not sure when I got bl1 or bl2 on xbox, got them on pc which I don't play on anymore. Haven't played BL3 yet so debating on this to put it in the backlog.
