From the submission website, it will show how much is credited per receipt. Check the approved number against your receipts. Remember, dollar value is before discount and tax. Website will also show how much more money you need buy and submit to get $25 or $50 cash cards.
The total to get cash card has to be before taxes. That is pretty standard T&C.
Total being $100 and $200 after coupon doesn't make sense.

Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
Yes, qualifying purchases can be made over multiple shopping trips.
Submitting Online: You can either submit all receipts at once showing qualified purchases or submit receipts separately. If you have multiple receipts to submit at one time, each receipt should be submitted individually as a single image.
Submitting via Mail: Your mail-in submission must contain the official submission form and the Costco Wholesale warehouse location receipt(s) showing $100 of qualified purchases or $200 of qualified purchases, if submitting for two rewards. Any purchases over $100 will not be carried over to a second submission unless they are submitted in the same envelope.
