Hard to even peel off the roll its strong stuff, survives UV for years, the cheap stuff turns into dust, you get what you pay for.

That stuff not only sticks, but is extremely durable. When using it for furnace vents, you know it's not going to melt and you can easily use it in pieces to wrap larger pieces of pipe. And if you're driving metal screws, covering (or digging them out if you covered them) works fine as well.
