I bought a 55" oled Sony from here over two years ago and going strong. Couldn't tell it was refurb.

Pulled the trigger on this.. been wanting an OLED for the living room for a while, have an 85" X900H in there now so this will be a good replacement, and seems to get a lot of love from TV enthusiasts. Bit nervous about buying a "refurb" but I've read a lot of positive reviews about Sony TV's from Secondipity. Will check the hours on it when it arrives.

Great deal, I can't recommend enough. especially since qd oleds don't sell at this large size. I bought mine 4grand new 6 months ago don't regret it

This is a good deal but consider it a lottery. They don't refurbish anything in my experience. They are just returns and you hope you get a good one. There customer service was easy to deal with so it was worth the risk

Absolutely incredible price. But refurb on an OLED gives me major pause. How do we know this isn't a store model with 800+ hours that had a board failure or something that can be replaced but could have major signs of burn-in? Super tempting but think I'll pass. Anyone purchased from that place before? Do they have any warranty at all?

So looking more at this seller:

Trust pilot has them at 3.3/5
ResellerRatings has them at 1.4/5
And amazon their feedback is only 71% positive
eBay however has them at 98.8% positive

So YMMV. Still almost worth the risk for that price.

I don't even want this Tv, but I for sure hope people that snagged one of these enormous top of the line 2021 models can share back here in the thread if these ended up arriving in good shape without terrible defects or in almost like new condition. Secondipity is a lottery for sure...

Damn im getting old, i have a 75 inch Sony X850D 2016 model i believe i got in 2017 for 1300. feels like yesterday but i guess its been 6 years. Im on the fence. Passed on the 85 samsung qn90 for 1850 earlier and regretted it
