The Buzz is the 2023 4K Max (or whatever they call it) is coming out in the next month. I would guess this is the new norm price. Look for a discount on the 2023 4K Max during the October Prime day or more likely BF..

Now if you just needed a remote, It makes sense..

IF they put 16gb storage in the 2023 stick, it will be a huge improvement and would be a reason to wait..

^ If Amazon releases a new firestick this year (not much info on that), it will be at least $55 and isn't going to go on sale a month later by Black Friday, especially not for 50% off.

I hope it's more zippy than my 4 year old Fire Stick. The response time when I activate an app is reallllly slow.

It looks to be coming sooner rather than later. OP deal should go below $19. Even if you are buying this for a backup remote, it makes sense to hold off for a couple of weeks (You are missing his point)

Agree, give it a couple more weeks, at a minimum, IMO

Also, know if you do the trade in now, you may be blocked from doing a trade in on the newest model in the coming months

I have a 4k monitor, if I use this with my 4k monitor - will it work? Or it's only limited to tv's? And this does have free news channels like from the cable channels? Never bought any streaming stick before.

it will work but with no sound unless you monitor has built in speakers
