Hope it works for you as I just placed an order this way without meeting the $10 minimum order threshold.

This deal is only 20% of the minimum pickup order amount.

There is a work around to placing an order without meeting the $10 minimum purchase for store pickup that was posted in several earlier Walgreens deals. If you did not already know, all you do is along with the deal item you add a filler item(s) to meet the $10 threshold and proceed to checkout while logged in. (Don't use incognito or private mode). Open Walgreens.com in a second tab/window , delete the filler items. Go back the first window which already is in checkout stage and proceed to next steps where you will only see the deal item. You should be able to place order in the first window without meeting the $10 minimum checkout amount. I believe the website only checks it the cart is $10 or more before you go to the checkout page.

On a computer 🖥 Is easier than a phone.
1) sign into your account.
2) add the item or items you want to buy.
3) add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) proceed to checkout where you are entering your card information.
5) copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito)
6) go BACK to delete the item you don't want in one window, go forward to confirm checkout after deleting in the other.

Anyway, freezer bags, yeah, good deal.

Ha! Did you even read that article? It is based on the COST of crime in cities by population. It gives no criterion for the study, etc. Totally bogus and biased. Good grief. Austin Texas, NYC, and Boston are the safest cities? Okie-dokie.

Progressive is just the latest word used by the D's to describe their agenda. They realize the word liberal, or democratic, etc... is toxic towards middle of the road, independent voters - the ones who actually determine the outcome of most elections - I like to call them the squishy middle voters because they can easily go one way or another and determine the outcome of key races.
As to your comment about 8 of 10 most dangerous cities being in red states/towns - that must have been some report of the most dangerous cities to carry out progressive tactics - sucker punching someone on a sidewalk, car-jacking an old lady at a red light, pull a gun on the owner of a liquor store, cussing out a cop & spitting in his/her face, Try that in a small town! Ex... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1_RKu-ESCY'
And yes, these ziplock like freezer bags at Walgreens are a great deal if you do not require zip-lock type quality in a gallon bag - they will meet the need for larger items.
