I bought one of these Huffy bikes earlier this summer as my first foray into ebikes and loved it. It needed a little brake pad adjustment which was easy enough to learn how to do, and not unexpected given the unbeatable price. And it's not some fly-by-night company that's going to disappear on you.

Buying a cheaper ebike as your first ebike was a great decision for me, because now I have a much better idea of what I want and don't want in my NEXT bike, which I'll probably buy next summer.

If you are not a bike rider, please learn the basic traffic rule. Almost killed one kid on one of these things who passed me driving at night, on the right. Didn't even know s/he was there until caught a shadow to my right. Almost created a Darwin award winner and I see more and more of these riding around my kids who doesn't yet know how to properly fall off a bike.

There are huge difference in how badly you get hurt falling off a regular bike vs one of these going over 10 or even 25 mph and you will not win in a head to head contest with a SUV.

Passing on the right? Like bikes can do? Oh no! A bike falling the law! How fast were you going if you passed by a bike?
