"Includes two small or two large adjustable sliding drawers, two plastic liners, double-sided mounting tape, and hardware for more permanent mounting"

so they're including a choice.

Excellent point! Googled and found QVC video seems to show it pulls out halfway. https://www.qvc.com/Pop-It-S2-Lar...38434.html

Sometimes these cheaper slider drawers don't extend out very far and use inferior rails. These look to be the cheaper rails, like what you might find in a pullout drawer for a keyboard or something. Compare this to something higher quality (admittedly higher priced as well), like rev-a-shelf or lynx professionals brands.
Those seem to have better slider hardware and can extend 3/4 of the length to 100%, depending on the model. Nothing worse than installing one of these things only to find it wiggles on opening and closing due to low quality hardware and then can't extend more than 1/2 the length of the sliders. Makes it hard to utilize all the space in deeper/tighter use cases.
With that said, these could be nice for the price and work fine for you, but my spider sense is telling me this is probably a pass(for me) due to lack of information about quality and functionality.

Not soft close FYI. It says "Just peel, stick, and place" and doesn't appear to use screws. I don't know how I feel about putting something sticky down if I later want to move it or adjust. I've used the screw kind before and would think they'd be better to work with than these that stick. Just my $0.02 though.

Small holds a maximum of 10 pounds, and large holds a maximum of 33 pounds. I assume that's with a hardware install and probably collapsed instead of fully expanded.

One possible downside is that it appears the rails are mounted on bottom, so you lose some storage height when installing these. Maybe an inch or more with the large set because the sliding rails appear to be perpendicular to the shelf, and that can make a huge difference with tall appliances or stock pots.

The weight limit of these seem incredibly small. Dishes tend to be pretty heavy, not sure what they'd be good for

This seems very expensive for what it does. Ikea sliding basket/drawers are like $30 and they are super sturdy.

How does this help expand the storage other than preventing the cabinet door from closing? It doesn't create extra storage in a cabinet. Right? It may just slightly help access the back of deeper cabinets by rolling out. I don't understand the benefit of these.

Exactly what you said: makes for better/easier access to deep cabinets so you're able to use the entire cabinet space instead of just the part at the front that's easy to reach. They're especially useful for older people or those with back or knee problems who can't easily go spelunking in their cabinets when they need a particular pan or storage container, etc.
