This deal only applicable on 1 pack, in for 1. I got 2 packs from the last 10lb chocolate deal and was getting close to running low. I like the taste just fine. I'm not sure what previous comment of this being trash is referring to. I started a lifting regimen 2 months ago and I've used this to bulk and am seeing good results. I don't take creatine or any other supplements and keep the rest of my diet low in fats. The only other protein I've tried was muscle milk and that stuff is just too heavy, makes me bloated and feel gross - I'd recommend this for sure.

Sucralose and seed oils in the ingredients. Stay away and look for a cleaner protein powder..

First thing I went to check was the ingredients list and lo and behold, Sucralose at the end. Will not be getting this. Once a reputable brand, ON is going downhill quick with these shitty ingredients.

Yeah I noticed this even looks different. I still had my old bag from sams club when this new stuff arrived so I was able to look side by side

I use to buy this brand but am now looking for a cleaner protein. What's everyone recommend?

I'm going to go against the grain here and say I'm finishing a 5-lb bag of this stuff and it tastes the same to me as it did 8 years ago.

The reason I buy Optimum Nutrition is because they've been around since the 1980s and operated without any major controversy. I have no doubt their formula has been altered in 35+ years, but in the time I've been using it it has remained static and steady.

It's entirely possible that's these newer brands like Ghost, Jocko, Dymatize, Jym, and others are objectively better. Maybe they aren't all just fly-by-night marketing hype. It's trivial to put slick 'Los Angeles graphics' design on the cheapest overseas protein.

I'm open to try it if an expert recommends it and there are lab results, but the cost of entry is high (for whey).

When spending $50+ for protein, it's just easier to go with a known-good brand.

The last batch I bought from Amazon had a broken seal, tasted weird. Threw it out. No more ON for me. Moved on to Ascent Whey Protein now, much cleaner.
