inactivity in a 1 yr period will cause you to loose your points. You can reach out to their support to reinstate points if not too long ago. Just simply adding free points from their newsletter will keep your account active.

I get that people want everything as inexpensive as possible, but I'd way rather redeem 600pts for this one than 400 for a haunted mansion or gog3 hat.
