About this book:
- EPA, in collaboration with Scholastic, has created a new book in the popular "Magic School Bus" series for children. In these acclaimed educational books and videos, Ms. Frizzle takes her class on science-oriented field trips, riding their magical school bus.
- In "The Magic School Bus Gets Cleaned Up," the children and Ms. Frizzle explore the pollution emitted from their own diesel school bus and learn how to reduce emissions as they travel through the diesel engine. The children learn about idle reduction and other ways to reduce health risks from diesel exhaust. At the end of the book, the "Magic School Bus" gets its own pollution control device, a diesel particulate matter filter.

Even if you're too brainwashed to accept that CO2 is causing climate change, I would hope at a bare minimum everyone agrees that literal soot is bad for your health.

I have more students than that, but that was the max. I'll save them for a day with low attendance and pass them out then.
Maybe ask [email protected] if you can get extra for a class?

1. This is a children's book, intended for entertainment and educational purposes, from that of a collection that I'm willing to bet most of the commentors have read when they were small children.
2. Those who complain about how ridiculous the "deals" have gotten on SD are actually getting something you can hold in your grubby hands for the low, low price of free-99 and are STILL complaining.
3. Nobody cares about your political beliefs, because you either agree with the beliefs those whom you are arguing with, or you're just plain wrong in every single way, and are a garbage human.
I for one choose to take advantage of this deal and grab a book for my child, supply my local little libraries and maybe distribute some of these to the local schools that would greatly appreciate a free, shiny new book, while you continue to argue your own political beliefs amongst yourselves. Thanks OP and repped!
As far as the deal goes, it's free and if it's something you want for your kid knock yourself out. Others skip and get in with your lives. Geez.
