It has been this price before, but it's the lowest it goes.

I picked it up on Steam for this price a few months ago so that I could play it on my Steam Deck and it works great.

Aren't Halo: Reach and OST already included in the Master Chief Collection? If so, why purchase them separately?

I think if you have the disc based version or bought it when it came out, it didn't include them initially. Not 100% sure on that though.

Edit: odst was given free to early users, and it released in 2015. I guess I paid for the Reach DLC at some point.
