You can, presumably, customize the hell out of your drink to remove the "fall flavor" and replace it with whatever you actually want, but it may cost you another dollar to do that. still saving enough to make it worth it if you care.

~add desired syrup
~etc

Maybe not a refund but Starbucks will always gladly make you another drink if you're not satisfied. I've asked for a refund before though and they gladly did it.
