You are planting a seed and getting a seedling, assuming it grows properly you would need to wait 5-10 years minimum for anything even closely resembling a starting point to work into a bonsai.
They dont grow into a bonsai, they wont look like the pictures on the seed packs, and you would most definitely need to transplant them into properly sized containers to grow enough to later train/shape into a bonsai.
