I have this and it only did 4k 30Hz
I think that review is saying supports 60 hz at lower than 4k resolutions. The screen grab shows 60hz when 1440p is selected

I always trust Anker's stuff and i got this hoping it can support more than 60hz in 4K. While this listing did advertise 4K at 30hz, it does support up to 60hz. This hub with this price can have lots of potential. Other than that everything works!

I've had this on the latest gen MacBook Pro for a couple months now. Well worth the $16 if you're in the market, but I don't use a 4k monito so I can't comment on that.

Too bad it doesn't include a SD card slot.

No ethernet jack. If you have a laptop that doesn't have one, a hub with an ethernet jack will be beneficial in case you need it.

My laptop doesn't have an ethernet jack. There were times when my company's wifi was out, so I had to connect via ethernet.

I think it doesn't include a WiFi jammer, so it should be ok.

I've been using this for a few years now with my macbook pro and it's been solid. I have a 1440p display running at 75khz (max framerate of the monitor), ethernet, usb-c power cable, mouse and keyboard and everything has been running great. Haven't had any power delivery issues, even under heavy loads. Also, it doesn't get hot or any heat issues, I'd barely describe it as warm under load.
