The quality of protein is usually very low with soy and pea proteins. Also the body does not absorb the proteins as well, thus defeating the purpose

In the complete opposite corner I thought this was the best tasting chocolate 'protein' drink I've ever had. This certainly isn't for those looking to get the most protein in as possible. I like to use it right after a decent bike ride or other activity where I'm not completely thrashing muscles.
