Products not included in Offer: Old El Paso Seasoning Packets, Larabar single serve bars, Yoplait Single Serve Cups, Annie's Macaroni & Cheese Single Serve Cups, and Annie's Macaroni & Cheese 5-6oz boxes.
There is an additional 0.50 savings a can on 6 or more cans so total would be 13.90. That's basically getting paid $1 can for taking them off Kroger's hands.

I had a bunch of stacking coupons and discounts on my Safeway card so my receipt total was only $1.38 . It took about 6 weeks but they still paid .
General Mills has seem some recent financial trouble:

I suspect that they used this promotion to help make 2023 numbers, and are delaying paying it off until 2024. Hopefully they will pay it off after the 1st.
EDIT:
To clarify: According to recent disclosures, General Mills Raised their prices considerably. Volumes declined, while profitability went up. In order to shore up their volume numbers, they ran this promotion. By delaying paying off part of this promotion, they get the benefit of increased volumes in 2023, while paying for it in 2024. To quote a former co-worker, "It's next next year's problem".

I want to emphasize that I have no connection whatsoever to the other email address mentioned by General Mills. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of their "fraud/dupe detection system." If it wrongly flags individuals like myself who have abided by all the rules, how many others might have been affected?
It's disappointing to see such a flaw in their system, especially after going through the process correctly. I hope General Mills addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the rebates they rightfully deserve.
Has anyone else encountered similar problems with General Mills rebates or other companies' rebate systems?
