Location? Did you check to see if any were in the case? I've seen "deals" like that at best buy before and when I bring the tag to the associate, they say "none in stock" and then i throw a tantrum. Then they act surprised that I would be upset about a great price for an unavailable item. Why drive conversations with the sales team when its a waste of time for everyone?

Great deal. I love my R4 and shopped hard for it and got it for a hundred dollars more than this in the last year. Make sure you update the firmware, it activates bluetooth so you can use your phone with it (App you want is called Highway Radar). It is very long range.

Because i really wanted one for that price. I was exaggerating in the post for comedic value. More frustrated than anything. And as i indicated, i didn't (still don't) understand why they'd post a price for something regionally unavailable.

FWIW.....Went into my local B.B. yesterday and the manager told me he would order me one. After he pulled it up on the computer, he said they were sold out nationwide and could not even order me one.
