I picked up a similar model (15.6", sans GPU and with an OLED screen) recently for the wife to replace an old Lenovo gaming laptop since the old one was showing its age and she doesn't really game anymore. Performance wise it's a zippy laptop and the screen on it is leagues better than the Lenovo, but her biggest gripe is that the speakers on it are basically 50% of what the older Lenovo could pump out. She has a weekly girls night meetup via Zoom and no matter how much we max out the volume settings on the ASUS VivoBook, it just does not get loud. She ended up just swapping to the older laptop for all things Zoom related.

My experience may be in no way related to this laptop as this one has a larger screen, a GPU and doesn't have the OLED display, but doing a side by side comparison they are damn near identical in laptop chasis/frame and keyboard layout+embellishments, so I'm assuming it's going to have the same sized built-in speakers. Just my 2 cents!

looks like only one SSD slot and one memory slot so no dual channel , i guess thats the only real down side for this one. ( damm )

on the other hand right now the most cheapest 4060 laptop around with and good CPU
sure its just an 13700H instead of HX, but most in 1k range only offer an 7735 or 12500H

You didn't understand the memory part. It has 16GB soldered and one slot where you can put a memory stick to make it dual channel. Just put a 16GB over there to get 32GB running at dual channel and they are preety cheap as well.

the RTX 4060 alone at max speed produce 100 watt of heat ? does it mean we see here CPU and GPU Thermal throttling ? Confused

Mobile 4060 scales from like 25-85W based on OEM needs and cooling. Perf is bad for gaming.
