How hard is the assembly on the 5 burner?

And is there any drawback or benefit to stainless steel grates? Ive only had cast iron in the past.

Depending on the model some come half-completed. I recently assembled a 3 burner wasn't super difficult but I kind of wish it was already assembled.

I'm not a big fan of stainless I really like cast iron but for the price it's not bad.

The pro series is nice. Well built. But at that price you could get a webber spirit.

The 5 burner took 2 of us 2 hours to put together. No issues, just a decent amount of pieces and screws. I highly recommend this grill especially at this price. All of the parts are high quality. Even the screws are solid stainless steel.

Paid full price for the 4 burner pro series a year ago. I do remember it took a bit of time to assemble, but no issues and its been working great for us. Don't really need a second one, but $200 off is tempting...

I picked up the Kenmore 4-Burner Smart Grill that was recently $300 and I haven't opened it yet. Anyone have any thoughts on which may be better between it and this 4-burner? Kenmore link is below.

I came here to ask the same question. Looking to really just sear smoked steaks and the occasional hot dog\hamburger day. Most importantly just want something that can handle the Florida weather for 5 years.

I have the Kenmore and have set up and used it. I am happy. Especially with the sear burner. I made steaks and then seared them and they turned out GREAT. I highly doubt the build quality of this Sam's grill is that much different than the Kenmore and it has accessories that make it much more desirable (sear burner rather than a pan burner that no one ever uses).
