I sent an email question on the warranty and return policy to the seller- 3Z Brands, which appears to be the Brooklyn manufacturer.
We are side/back sleepers and the Signature Hybrid Medium (without the cloud pillow top) was too soft for us, they didn't have a firm to try, but I was suspecting it might work. That also automatically ruled out the Standard hybrid as I've read its softer than the Signature.
The Sedona Elite was even softer, the Aurora was great but had no edge support unlike the Signature and Sedona which had great edge support.
We tried a medium Leesa (regular) and it was great, comfortable and great edge support, they did not have the Legend available to try, but I bet it would be equally nice.
Helix Midnight Luxe and Bear Elite Hybrid both in Medium were perfect for us. We are going to buy the Bear Elite Hybrid Queen as we liked it a tiny bit better and its cheaper.
