Someone will probably find this helpful at some point... BalanceFrom seems to have had a lot of sales recently.. I imagine they are bloated with inventory. Their QA process seems to be shit, any bad reviews on BalanceFrom equipment seems to be from parts missing, long shipping times, damage to equipment, etc. Their customer service is shit, the phone number auto connects to a voicemail that doesn't work. You have to fill out their online form and then reply to the auto-email you get. That got me an immediate reply. I got a squat rack on sale and the safety bars were missing, and they are now being shipped from china.
Is it a little bit annoying? Yes. Can you either return the items to WMT/Amazon or complain loudly enough to get the right equipment? Also yes.
For me it was worth it to get the deal
