I bought a Netgear cm1000 18 months ago. I had concrap come out to see what was wrong with my internet. They said the modem crapped out. That was a omission of the truth. They removed it from their official support list in may! No heads up, just killed it. Arg.. they wonder why folks hate them so bad.

For what I can figure is the new game with modems is OFDM and OFDM-A found on a lot of DOCIS 3.1 modems now. 32x8 is no longer the one to look for I guess. Well at least for concrap. 18 months only to have them orphan it makes you wonder if it was on purpose since we do not lease one from them.
