I had same issue too. I first added a few of them that had $4 coupon, thn $2 coupon, then removed all and only added what I wanted and at checkout it dropped. There is no actual full breakdown, but my checkout looked like this:

$3.95
tax...

Update: once I got the invoice breakdown, it seems like $4 comes off if your total is $50 (it will be when you add 3 to cart)
