When creating an account you just need an address in Miami. Pick a supermarket and you're good. In the billing section, use any card (even prepaid) and put the same zip code as the address you used (ex: supermarket) - they don't match the billing address to your cards zip code like a gas station, and that's it. You'll then be able to set up your esim on the spot. You can port in or get a new miami number. I use it and it is very good!!! forgot to mention that the service coverage is nationwide.
Setup was a nightmare but service has been good once over that massive hump. Except for the time that billing on a line didn't work, and they were casually going to toss my phone number back into the water without warning. I now check my auto-billing every month for every line in my family which is a pain.

On second thought, maybe I should find another provider.
Had it for 6 years, no real issues
couple times changing phones required a quick chat with CS to get IMEI registered correctly

I personally don't trust redpocket anymore.. On several occasions, my data shows as used/expired when it shouldn't be. Spending $5 for topoffs multiple times are charged to my credit card but don't show up in my account.. I literally paid money for NOTHING and as a true sucker, I paid this more than 1 time. There is NO CUSTOMER Service that I could find. You have to fill out an online ticket form which I found difficult to even initiate. And as far as ever getting a meaningful response, All I could do was cross my fingers..

The icing on the cake is my 1 year plan shows as EXPIRED after just 9 months....

So I now avoid redpocket..

+1. Can't wait for my annual plan to be over. Their customer service won't even unlock my iphone, even though I've met the criteria already.

I've used Red Pocket Verizon for many years and service has be junk past few years so I want to switch to the AT&T. Is there a trick to renewing my plan while changing to AT&T or is it the same way I've always renewed my Verizon annual plan with RP?

Edited to remove a question if it comes with a SIM; I see it does. But was confused because someone mentioned to use an address in a tax free state and I assumed that meant there was nothing that would actually be shipped via the mail.

You have the ability to change networks if you research this a little bit, note that if you do this make sure you do it at the end of your expiration of your account or you will lose the remaining balance when you switch the network.

does anyone know if red pockets priority with ATT got degraded? it seems since we moved to 5G, i get dropped calls all the time, or I cant call out often, or when Im talking on the phone I start getting dropped signals when Im hitting a traffic jam or something, it didnt have this problem before but i think the service as a whole for MNVO has been degraded as a whole.

Paid $199 for this same plan back in July for a back to school promotion. $190 is a great deal!
Haven't activated the renewal yet so my plan expires in October. Its the same plan but didn't want to risk canceling out the existing plan just in case they aren't. I've had RP on AT&T and it was awesome. Always had service where you'd expect and speeds were good. I had to switch to T-Mobile when they dropped 3G support. T-mobile isn't as good as AT&T service. Not sure if that's a factor my phone's capabilities or the difference in the cell towers being used...
