Edited to remove a question if it comes with a SIM; I see it does. But was confused because someone mentioned to use an address in a tax free state and I assumed that meant there was nothing that would actually be shipped via the mail.

Haven't activated the renewal yet so my plan expires in October. Its the same plan but didn't want to risk canceling out the existing plan just in case they aren't. I've had RP on AT&T and it was awesome. Always had service where you'd expect and speeds were good. I had to switch to T-Mobile when they dropped 3G support. T-mobile isn't as good as AT&T service. Not sure if that's a factor my phone's capabilities or the difference in the cell towers being used...
