FWIW I bought a River 2 direct from the mfg on a recent sale. Worked great, but on the 3rd time charging the unit will not charge and shows a fan error.
Ecoflow initially responded and I provided all information but now it has been multiple weeks and I am unable to get a reply. Rather disappointing given the lengthy warranty period.
